Ok Pet Lovers! Would you consider making a clone of your favorite pet? Well, it’s possible and Barbra Striesand has done it, not only once, but twice. Striesand explained that two of her three dogs were cloned from her beloved dog, Samantha, that died last year. They accomplished this by taking cells from the stomach and mouth of Samantha.
Even though the “cloned dogs’ have different personalities than Samantha, she is hoping the have her seriousness and brown eyes. The cost for cloning a dog runs about $55K, to clone a cat runs about $25K.
