If you’re looking to come up on some HEAVILY discounted new kicks, now might be the time to go shopping. According to several reports, long time shoe retailer Payless Shoesource is closing all of it’s remaining 2,100 stores and online shop in the United States. Liquidation sales are reportedly beginning on Sunday.
Payless has long been known for it’s BOGO deals and discounted prices on shoes for women, men, and kids. However, in this new age of online shopping and online retail giant Amazon, it was difficult for this classic chain to keep up. According to CNN.com, Payless filed for Bankruptcy back in early 2017 in hopes of saving the company…. this plan obviously failed.
