The Met Gala was debuted yesterday. 2019 Met gala was full of very vibrant colors, extravagant fashion, and notable names. The theme for this years fashion extravaganza was “Camp: Notes on Fashion”. Inspiration for this name came from Susan Stoag’s 1964 essay “Notes On Camp”.
The Met Gala is an annual fundraiser for the Metropolitan Musuem of Art. Showing off fashion designers. Some noteable names from last night were Cardi B, Travis Scott, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Odell Beckum Jr. , and others. This night is known as one of the most anticipated nights for people into fashion and expression.
