The legendary Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, is home resting after a brief stay at Sinai Grace Hospital. According to Franklin’s rep, the soul diva was admitted to the hospital at the recommendation of her doctors.
Released on Saturday, October 30th, Franklin is anxious to get back on the road to perform for her countless fans around the world.
“I would like to thank my friends, fans and supporters for all the beautiful flowers and their many well wishes,” Franklin states in a release.
It’s unclear why Franklin was admitted to the hospital as her rep was not able to produce those details as yet.
