In celebration of her highly anticipated album, “Still Standing,” Monica is teaming up with BET and CBS . Kicking the week off with BET’s 106 & Park, Monica will not only appear on the show Monday, March 22nd, but will also host Tuesday, March 23. In between hosting BET’s 106 & Park Monday and Tuesday, the “Mirror” singer will visit CBS studios in New York, Tuesday March 23. Performing a selection from “Still Standing,” Monica will be seen on the networks CBS ‘Early Show’ starting at 7am ET.
As previously reported, “Still Standing,” led by the single “Everything To Me,” is Monica’s first release since 2006s “Makings of Me”.
In addition to “Everything To Me,” which was inspired by Deniece Williams’ 1980’s hit “Silly” and produced by Missy Elliot and written by Jazmine Sullivan, “Still Standing” features a sole guest appearance by Ludacris and an A-list of hitmaking producers including Ne-Yo, Stargate, Jim Jonsin, Polow Da Don, Bryan-Michael Cox. The album was executive produced by Monica and Cox.
“Still Standing” hits stores and digital retailers this Tuesday, March 23.
