It’s been 20 years since Hi-Five’s hit single “The Kissing Game”  hit radio stations all over the country in a major way.  There’s good news for Hi-Five fans.  The group is reuniting in 2012. The tragic loss of lead singer Tony Thompson in 2007 hit the group hard.  After years of mourning Thompson’s loss; the group decided that the best way to honor him was to keep the group’s legacy alive.  Original Hi-Five members Marcus Sanders and Shannon Gill have remained true to their Waco, Texas roots where Hi-Five originated. Treston Irby, Dre Wonda and Faruq Evans add their soulful touch to the newly repackaged group. Together the quintet makes its return with a new Hi-Five single entitled “Favorite Girl”.  Take a listen and give us your vote on the new single.
