NUMBER 10: Kim Zolciak

One of the more successful crossover music career efforts comes from Housewives of Atlanta blonde Kim Zolciak, who, with Kandi Burruss’ Grammy-winning songwriting skills, had an iTunes chart-topper with “Tardy for the Party.” The dance tune is catchy, so it was destined to be a success. WATCH MUSIC VIDEO HERENUMBER 9: Kenya Moore

Housewives of Atlanta cast member and former Miss USA Kenya Moore is the newbie on the Bravo network show, kicking up all kinds of dust with the other women. In an altercation with fellow cast member Porsha, Moore wanted to prove that she was so *snap* on point as a 40-something woman, she shouted “I’m ‘Gone with the Wind’ fabulous!” and proceeded to twirl to show her divaliciousness. And naturally, it’s now a single on iTunes. Now twirl, twirl, twirl, twirl! WATCH MUSIC VIDEO HERE

NUMBER 8: Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian tried her hand at a musical debut with mega-producer The-Dream’s coaxing and production. Since many can’t wrap their minds around why she’s famous, her team thought maybe Kim could do something talent-worthy, and the end result is “Jam (Turn It Up).” The song was swiftly swept under the rug soon after, but we’ve revived it here for your viewing and listening pleasure. NUMBER 7: Heidi Montag

MTV’s The Hills star Heidi Montag pounced on aspirations in pop music with this song “Higher” and an album called Superficial. The show focused on privileged 20-somethings. Along with desire, she had the means to begin a pop music career, and why not? This song a Timbaland-type beat, beach frolicking, and dramatic hand movements…a.k.a. the makings of a pop hit.

NUMBER 6: Farrah Abraham

Speaking of MTV shows, any Teen Mom fans in the house? Did you know Farrah released an album (yes an entire album!?) on iTunes called My Teenage Dream Ended. Track titles include, “After Prom,” “Caught in the Act,” “Without This Ring,” and “Unplanned Parenthood.” Can’t make this up. She says the song is about digging down and finding the inner strength after becoming a young mother and losing her daughter’s father. You would think the tune would sound like a heartfelt ballad, but it’s really a hot, auto tuned, blathering mess. Press play if you dare.NUMBER 5: Laurieann Gibson

Laurieann “Boom Kack Kack” Gibson makes this list because she was a sought-out industry choreographer brought to the forefront in Diddy’s Making the Band reality series, but apparently, she also got behind the mic. Both songs are definitely dance tracks; maybe soundtracks to her warm up routines? WATCH MUSIC VIDEO HERE

NUMBER 4: Tyra Banks

Supermodel and mogul Tyra Banks got in the booth to record “Shake Your Body,” a party cut with a model-themed video to match during the beginning seasons of America’s Next Top Model. A singing career didn’t blossom for Tyra, but she doesn’t seem to be pressed; ANTM is in its 20th season. WATCH MUSIC VIDEO HERE

NUMBER 3: Brooke Hogan

Pro wrestler Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke Hogan was different than the previously listed reality TV stars in that she used the family reality series Hogan Knows Best to document her path towards her first record deal. She was all about trying to step out from under her father’s shadow. The result was her debut album ‘Undiscovered,’ headed by the single “About Us” ft. Houston rapper Paul Wall. NUMBER 2: Amber Rose

Ok, so she had a short stint in reality TV, Russell Simmons’ show about his two assistants, “Running Russell Simmons”, but her signature blonde buzz cut helped to redefine what’s considered beautiful among a sea of “long hair, don’t care” types. Creeping into music by association, Amber “Rose” to fame (sorry…had to do it), by modeling in a Louis Vuitton print ad, then became the “it” girl for a plethora of music videos like Ludacris’ “What Them Girls Like” and Fabolous’ “You Be Killin Em”. She appeared on the arm of Kanye West at every awards show, and now is engaged to an expecting a child with another rapper, Wiz Khalifa. Being around all that music is sure to make anyone feel the need to jump in the booth, so she released two songs last year (2012) titled “Fame” and “Loaded,” both dance pop songs about, well, having fame and being (financially) loaded. An album is supposedly in the works, but with a bundle of joy on the way, we’re guessing no time soon. So meanwhile, enjoy Rose’s music discography thus far. WATCH MUSIC VIDEO HERE

NUMBER 1: Paris Hilton

When you’re heir to the Hilton Hotel fortune, the world is your oyster. With fragrances, clothing, acting, modeling, and a reality television gig on 2003’s The Simple Life, what else is there possible to do? Sing, of course! In 2006, Paris released her debut album Paris with the single “Stars Are Blind.” Recently, a fist-pumping song called “Last Night” feat. Lil Wayne surfaced produced by her ex-boyfriend producer Afrojack for an album assumed to never see the light of day due to the break up. Wayne says on the dance track, “Excuse my french, but f**k the cameras / I wanna spend a night in Paris,” in reference to Hilton’s X-rated tape. Alrighty, then. Not sure what this does for Weezy’s (or Paris’s) street cred, but hey. WATCH MUSIC VIDEO HERE
