KENT, OH (WOIO) –

One photojournalism class at Kent State, back in 1941, made quite the impression on Wallace (Wally) Hagedorn. He took the class while he was still in high school and it inspired him to become an amateur photographer.

Neither Hagedorn nor his wife went on to attend Kent State, but Hagedorn never forgot his experience or the skills he acquired in photography, which became a lifelong passion.
