Had a great time ringing in the New Year did you. You know, you were supposed to punctuate those drinks with a water back to lessen the effects of alcohol. So that didn’t happen and this morning you are nurturing a hangover. Try not to despair because I may have a few remedies for those alcohol blues.
Sleep, the best medicine. Your body wants to repair and recover from the toxins the night before. If you can stay in bed until this blows over consider yourself one of the chosen few, most of us don’t get that kind of luxury.
Liquids. Replenish with fruit, vegetables, juice and I personally like coconut water. If you have fresh lemon on hand, squeeze half in a cup of warm water, you liver will thank you. Continue until you start to feel better.
