According to Fox 28, an elementary school teacher is behind bars on $1 million bond after being arrested Monday night and charged with rape and gross sexual imposition against two children. The alleged victims were his students at an Olentangy Local School District building.
Matt Rausenberg, 39, of Columbus, did not enter a plea at a hearing Tuesday morning in Delaware Municipal Court.
