Sunday, possible GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson seemed to have pinpointed the source of many of the problems in the African-American community –hip hop.
According to the Business Insider, Carson toldWBLS-FM hosts Bob Slade & Bob Pickett,
When I talk about the hip-hop community, I’m talking about the aspect of modern society that pretty much dismisses anything that has to do with Jesus Christ. That’s what I’m talking about.
Carson immediately received pushback from listeners and the hosts on his assessment but remained unmoved on his stance.
