Mother’s Day Prince held a free concert rally for peace in Baltimore for Freddie Gray at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore. The concert was streamed live streamed on TIDAL. Prince asked everyone to wear the color grey in remembrance. Concert goers also reported that Prince have a moving speech about injustices and flaws in our country’s judicial system.
Also durring the concert he showed love to Marilyn Mosby the state’s attorney for Baltimore that spearheaded the charges and instigation. Prince also premiered his new song “Baltimore”
“Does anybody hear us pray?/For Michael Brown or Freddie Gray,” Prince sang. “Peace is more than the absence of war.”
