According to Fox 28, a 65-year-old tailor says he’s still trying to understand the charges against him. Thursday, Delaware County detectives arrested long-time tailor shop owner Luis “Eduardo” Jimenez-Rojas and charged him with two counts of sexual imposition.

Investigators say Jimenez-Rojas inappropriately touched female customers at The Dublin Tailoring and Alterations shop that he owns. Investigators say Jimenez-Rojas was taken to the Delaware County jail and booked, then later released with a summons to appear in Delaware Municipal Court August 21st.

A female customer alleges the tailor inappropriately touched her during a dress fitting session in June, and continued after she asked him to stop.

Delaware County detectives wanted to check the case out themselves. That’s when they say they sent in an undercover female detective for tailoring services. The detective also claims Jimenez-Rojas acted inappropriately toward her.

“It’s not intentional, maybe I offended the other person, but that’s not my intention. It’s possible I offended the people,” Jimenez-Rojas said Friday.

Delaware County investigators say they now want to hear from anyone else who thinks they may be a victim in the case.
