CLEVELAND — Experts are weighing in on the grand jury’s decision to not indict the two Cleveland police officers involved in the Tamir Rice shooting. Rice, 12, was shot and killed by an officer at the Cudell Recreation Center. Rice was holding an airsoft gun that lacked the orange safety tip. Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association President Steve Loomis and Ohio State Senator Nina Turner debated the decision on WKYC. Not just in the city of Cleveland, but anywhere in the country.”   READ MORE: WKYC.com Article, Picture, and Video Courtesy of WKYC Channel 3 News Cleveland
