Tulsa Shooting: Video Shows Unarmed Terence Crutcher Being Shot By Police

A video shows an unarmed black man, by the name of Terence Crutcher, with is hands raised being shot by Tulsa police this past Friday. (see video below)

The U.S. Department of Justice has been asked to investigate.
