Prom is one of the biggest days in your life and one you will always remember about high school. Especially for the young ladies who want to feel like princesses.
This year a pop-up shop will do just that. The Fairy Goodmothers will be opening their Cinderella’s Closet Boutique this spring just in time for prom. It is a pop-up shop at the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow on South High Street, and the ladies will be able to shop for gowns and accessories.
Best part, everything the girls take home is free!
“It’s hard to go to prom and we want to make sure everybody has a chance to,” Jennifer Homan, Board President for Fairy Goodmothers, said.
There are options of both gently used and new dresses enough to please all who stop to shop.
“Some girls love vintage clothes, and people come to us and say, ‘I’ve had this dress for 30 years,’ and we say good, because actually that style is back again,” Homan said. “Then there are some girls who want something brand new, so we have all kinds of dresses here.”
Cinderella’s Closet Boutique is open these days and times at 3700 S. High St., Suite 95, Columbus, OH 43207:
- Saturday, March 18th- 9:00a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 22nd- 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Group appointments only)
- Tuesday, April 4th- 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (Group appointments only)
- Saturday, April 8h – 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
