Awwww Man!! They playing with our emotions now! Gayle & Stedman are back-peddling on the comments he made about Oprah running for POTUS! After Oprah’s Golden Globes speech, Stedman told reporters that Oprah would absolutely run. Now Gayle is attempting to clarify his statement.

According to TheJasmineBrand.com, Gayle said, “Stedman says that he thought the reporter said to him?,? ‘Would she make a good president?’ And he said ‘Absolutely she would.’ That’s how he interpreted the question, because this is the thing – Stedman would never so cavalierly say absolutely she would do it. It’s up to the people. He would never do that.” Gayle later added that she feels Oprah is intrigued by the idea though. I guess we will just have to wait and see how it goes!
