Fabolous is getting off super easy in that domestic dispute case against current girlfriend Emily B. Reports say that he will plead guilty to a lesser charge.

Since he is a first time offender, New Jersey’s Superior Court will allow him to take a plea deal, called a pre-trial intervention, to avoid jail time.. He will likely be sentenced to a diversion program that lasts anywhere from six months to a couple years. If completed, the charges could be removed from his records. He initially faced up to 15 years in prison.
Emily has supported Fab through out the whole ordeal. She has been seen accompanying Fabolous in court, despite their files citing his terroristic threats and details of a brutal attack. He allegedly punched her in the head several times, severely injuring her mouth to the point of having to have teeth surgically removed.
