What should be the penalty for someone who doesn’t disclose their HIV status and had the intention to have sex? Well, check this out… Rev. James McGonegal, 69, the former pastor of St. Ignatius of Antioch Church got a plea deal where his case will be dismissed and record expunged if he completes an early intervention program.
That means that he will also avoid a felony conviction. McGonegal was caught soliciting sex from an undercover ranger at Edgewater Park last October. Did he get off too easy? Take our poll and let me know what you think.
