Many people have been wondering why the Confederate flag is still flying high in the wake of the murders of 9 people at a historical Black church in Charleston. Well, I’m not sure what has changed the minds of those in government, but according to CNN, Gov. Nikki Haley of S.C. has just requested that the Confederate flag be removed from the State Capitol.
